Insomnia … UGH!

Insomnia reared it’s ugly head last night. I’m not quite sure what happened but my normal go to solutions didn’t work and THAT is frustrating. I think I ended up falling into a light sleep around 3:30 and was in and out of sleep until 6:30. I didn’t get my WOD in today but I do have my gym bag packed to get my swim in this afternoon before picking up the kiddo.
