Yup, that happened last night! So proud of myself, as you can tell. I had a tough strength workout this morning because my arms were toast but I pushed through and showed the negative nelly in my head who’s boss!! What is your latest fitness accomplishment that has you on a high?
Aw, this was a very good post. Taking the time and actual effort to create a really good article… but what can I say… I procrastinate
a lot and never manage to get nearly anything done.
