I was digging at the bottom of the fridge this morning! My prepared lunch was eaten last night as an after dinner snack since I was STARVING! I had a sweet potato with 1 cup green beans and 1 cup broccoli for breakfast. I had 1 cup fresh pineapple and watermelon as a morning snack with a handful of sunflower seeds. Lunch was 3 cups spinach, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, 1 small avocado, 1/4 cup sesame seeds and juice of 1/2 lemon for dressing. My afternoon snack is 1/2 cup green beans, 1/2 cup broccoli with a small handful of sesame seeds.
