Planning for workout success!!

I tried to do Ashley Conrad’s 21 day workout using the body space app but I spent a lot of my workout time trying to figure the app out. I got frustrated and kind of gave up until the weekend. I just finished writing out all 21 days of the workouts into my notebook! I am all set for the next 3 weeks!!



I was hoping to have this program completed before my hubby and leave for our belated honeymoon but no dice. I will have to keep up the hard work while we are in the Dominican for a week!

I have the Garmin set for the different interval workouts so all I have to do is select the workout and then actually workout and listen for the beeps. I do have my tri training mixed in on the cardio days so I am NOT giving up on that. I am looking forward to reporting back that I successfully completed the program instead of once again falling off track. Fingers crossed for me!!
