**oops! I thought I scheduled this post for Sunday!**
Today was the first day of my re-do and it went well! It was a busy day all around but I took the time for me and busted out this workout, minus the cardio portion, a little slower than I would have liked thanks to a tight lower back from the bike yesterday. I decided to skip the cardio yesterday since I was sore and add it to tonight since I really need to work on the bike more.
I forgot to take a picture of the page filled in but I did 15 reps of each exercise and 6 total sets using a 20 pound sand bag, 10 pound kettle bell and 8 pound dumbbells.
I did a lot of foam rolling yesterday as well to workout the tightness in my back and hip flexors. I got this roller for free when a friend was moving and it has been an amazing training/recovery tool.
