Dinner for Breakfast???

I’m not a huge fan of traditional breakfast foods. Don’t get me wrong, I love pancakes and a good cereal, but I crave something substantial in the morning. Whole30 changed the way I viewed my approach to what I make at each meal. This morning, I had leftover dinner for breakfast! It doesn’t look all that appetizing but TRUST ME it was!!! I was halfway through eating it when I realized this is good and I should share this with you all!

Left over grilled pork chop, hard boiled eggs and guacamole. So easy and so incredibly yummy!!

Don’t be afraid to go outside the traditional breakfast food…you might be surprised!
