Excuses are like …

Well…you all know the saying so I don’t have to complete that sentence!  All of us at one point or another get in ruts, get down, or just fall off the workout wagon all together. I loved reading these pro triathlete tips to help you get off of permanent Margarita Time!  I could not agree more with their “I’m not motivated” tip!  I never want to let down someone else.  The full article is below and you should read this and try it if you are having a hard time keeping up with your workouts!  If you need that extra push to follow through with your tri training plan or your regular work out schedule let me know and I would be happy to be your virtual workout buddy!
