Planning while on Pause

In case you missed it… I had to push pause on my tri training and my 21 Day Fix.

During this pause I have had a lot of time to reflect on my WHY and how I can make sure I meet my goals….in other words PLANNING!!!

I have 5 meals planned for the week and I have doubled the ingredients so we will have leftovers to keep for future use. You want to know the BEST part of this plan? The MAJORITY of the food was purchased for just $45.78! Here is the receipt!

***Side Note: the only redeeming quality winter has is that I can go grocery shopping on my lunch break, keep the food in the car and not have it go bad! That is the ONLY plus side of it being 10 degrees Fahrenheit in the middle of the afternoon!!***

I still have to purchase a few items from Wegmans for the week. The chicken at Aldi’s was going to be more expensive for the 10 chicken breasts I need than at Wegman’s so I decided to pick it up there as well as Frank’s Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Dauce and whole wheat wraps. This will cover dinners for the family and some leftovers.
