I’m a little late in posting my Day 1 but life got in the way and better late than never!
Since I had to hit pause last week due to doctors orders I was ready to tackle this program once and for all! I did Cardio Fix and felt great. The only problem is my tri training also started yesterday and it was a stroke technique session. 10 x 100 yards of free style to work on total immersion technique makes it hard for my arms to want to work the next day!
I made one of the recipes I had planned for the week last night and it was SUPER YUMMY! I love spice and Mexican food so when I saw this recipe on Pinterest I had to make it!
I have a link to the recipe below my picture. I doubled everything but the spice for the burgers and made the salsa as written.
Anyone have any favorite 21 Day Fix Recipes?
