Why I chose Shakeology

I have had a lot of people ask me why I chose Shakeology over all the other less expensive options out there.  Yes, if you don’t know all the benefits of Shakeology you would think that it is expensive.  Here is WHY I chose this as my daily dose of nutrition.  Shakeology has:

Proteins
Amino Acids
Vitamins: A, C, D, E, K, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, Biotin, Panothenic Acid and Folic Acid
Minerals: Calcium, Chromium, Copper, Iodine, Magnesium, Manganese, Molybdenum, Phosphorous, and Zinc.

What does all of that mean?  It means that Shakeology is more than just a protein / meal replacement shake.  It is filled with over 70 super foods and at least 16 grams of protein per serving.  Did you hear that?  70 super foods and protein in one scoop! Since it is filled with your daily dose of  vitamins and minerals I was able to discontinue my daily multivitamins and supplements since I get all of those already with Shakeology…savings of $40 a month right there!

Shakeology also breaks down to just $4 a day.  That is cheaper than the healthiest take out meal you can find.  Cheaper than most morning cups of coffee.  Cheaper than buying all the 70 super foods individually to juice at home.  Shakeology saves me and my family money.  It just seems like a hard bone to swallow because you have to pay for a full month up front!  I bet if you totaled up all the money you spend on lunches out you are spending WAY more than you would on a one month supply of Shakeology.

My recipe of the day is Strawberry Orange:
8 ounces of Orange Juice
1/4 cup water
1 packet Strawberry Shakeology
