Back To School Boot Camp: Day 1

Today is day 1 of my team’s Back To School Boot Camp!  I am not ready for school to start.  I love the relaxed feeling that summer brings and will be sad to see it go BUT I am going to get myself ready for the longer schedule, be alert for homework and after school activities!!  This school year is not going to kick me in the butt!!

Day 1’s routine was P90X Check and Back and Ab Ripper X.  I did ab ripper this morning but I was so out of it from my night time medicine (fighting off a sinus infection) I did P90X3 ab ripper and not P90X but hey, at least I worked my abs!

 I didn’t have time to do the chest and back workout so I had to wait until I got home from work.  It was so hard to actually do the workout tonight.  I have to say, and I never thought I would say this, but I find that it is easier to workout in the morning but I didn’t make excuses.  I.  Got.  It.  Done!  I will be sore tomorrow but luckily it’s a cardio day, Instanity!!!!
